I’ve been in QA for 15 years and I didn’t start with a perfect system. I started from scratch, made plenty of mistakes, and learned what actually works on real projects, under real pressure, with real deadlines and across multi-cultural team dynamics.
And in those 15 years, I kept seeing the same problems show up in different teams. No QA process. Automation that nobody maintains. Teams that grow fast but without the right foundation. Releases that go out with fingers crossed. QA treated as the last step instead of a partner throughout delivery. And more often than not, QA not being recognized as an authority in the overall delivery system, so their voice gets ignored exactly when it matters most.
These are the exact problems I have faced and learned to rise from. I did it by upgrading my skills, listening closely to the voices of my customers, which are the entire delivery team and the end users, and using their feedback as data that guides how I uproot the real causes of the problem and design systematic quality solutions. And then implementing those solutions with planning that actually fits the team, and coaching and influencing team members to engage and participate in the process.
Because quality doesn’t work when it’s imposed. It works when the whole team owns it.

So if any of these sound familiar, here’s what working with me actually looks like.
🔧 Building your QA function from the ground up If you don’t have a QA process yet, I can help you build one that’s practical, scalable, and aligned to your business goals and not just a checklist that collects dust.
⚙️ Automating your testing pipeline I build agentic automation frameworks using Playwright and Selenium and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines so your team can release with confidence and without the last-minute panic.
🤖 Developing AI-powered QA tools I don’t just use AI, I build with it. From risk-based test case generators to testability screeners, I create tools that reduce manual effort and help your team focus on what actually matters.
👥 Growing and mentoring your QA team I’ve built distributed teams across the Philippines and India and I know that growing a team isn’t just about headcount. It’s about coaching, developing the right mindset, and building people who can think critically and deliver consistently.
📈 Improving your QA processes using Lean Six Sigma Quality shouldn’t be a gate at the end of the sprint. I help teams embed it earlier in the delivery cycle so it becomes a business enabler and not just a bottleneck everyone resents.
🌏 Scaling your QA and Tech team through outsourcing and referrals If you need to grow fast and grow right, I can help you source and build a high-performing QA and Tech team through outsourcing and referrals so you don’t have to start from zero.
These aren’t services I just offer on paper. They are things I bring with full commitment and genuine care. And whatever I bring to your organisation, I bring it fully, not as an individual contributor checking boxes, but as someone who partners with your team and wholeheartedly commits to the outcome.
